The Impact of Sorting on the Sales of Greenhouse Products in the Farah Province

Sorting is one of the correct ways to store agricultural products, and on the other hand, it plays an important role in the marketing and sales of agricultural products. Sorting according to a series of principles; It provides good shelf life for many agricultural items. Various materials are used for sorting, such as metals, glass, plastic, bags, cartons, packs, wood, etc. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the role of sorting on the sales of greenhouse products in Farah Province. The current research is descriptive-analytical and from the point of view of the method of data collecting is field (questionnaires) and from the point of view of purpose is practical. The statistical population of the research includes greenhouse owners, buyers and consumers of greenhouse products in the center of Farah province. Therefore, according to Cochran's formula, 385 people have been selected to determine the sample size of the unlimited population with an error level of 5%. The data has been analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics methods in the form of simple linear regression. The results of the research show that sorting as the main hypothesis of the research has a positive and significant effect on increasing the sales of greenhouse products in Farah province with a coefficient of 0.353. Also, the sub-hypotheses of the research, respectively, packaging with a coefficient of 0.207, grading with a coefficient of 0.375, transfer with a coefficient of 0.528 and storage with a coefficient of 0.269 have a positive and significant effect on increasing the sales of greenhouse products.
