Conservation agriculture is one of the components of the revolution in the sustainable production of agricultural products. The lack of awareness of conservation agriculture and the direction of Afghan farmers has been towards intensive agriculture and increasing production per unit area for decades, even at the cost of erosion and destruction of soil and environment. At the same time, we have witnessed a global change in this regard and the replacement of intensive agriculture with sustainable agriculture, including conservation agriculture. According to the definition of FAO, conservation agriculture is the strategy of preserving agricultural resources with the aim of increasing and sustaining the production of agricultural products along with preserving the environment. Since agriculture in Afghanistan is of intensive and common type, in this article, an effort has been made to better preserve soils and change the direction from intensive and common agriculture to conservation agriculture and soil stability and stability operations to investigate conservation tillage and Let's discuss its importance in conservation agriculture. The research method was based on reviewing the best evidence. The results showed that the adoption of conservation agriculture system due to creating more productivity and yield, reducing production cost and improving profitability, better flexibility against environmental stresses, reducing soil erosion and destruction and increasing organic matter, in a way has become growing. So that the cultivated area in this way in the world has increased from 2,8 million hectares on 1973 to more than 180 million hectares on 2016
