الملخص
This research paper focuses on the relationship between infrastructure development, investment strategies, and financial management practices in higher education institutions. Universities and colleges are under pressure to modernize facilities, enhance technological capabilities, and maintain financial sustainability. This research is based on an analysis of financial data from various higher education institutions in Afghanistan and qualitative data from interviews with university administrators and financial officers. The research explores three key areas. First, it examines the impact of infrastructure investments on institutional performance and student outcomes. Second, it assesses the effectiveness of various investment strategies in generating returns and supporting long-term financial stability. Third, it discusses best practices in financial management that enable institutions to balance immediate needs with long-term goals. These approaches allow institutions to carry out large infrastructure projects while maintaining financial stability.This research adds to the expanding literature on higher education management and offers valuable insights for university administrators, policymakers, and stakeholders shaping the future of higher education institutions.This scientific article fundamentally studies investment in educational institutions and the quality of education, financial management, creation and development of income sources in this sector, and achievement of long-term goals using analytical and descriptive methods. The results of the study show that a comprehensive and effective framework is needed for the better management of the higher education sector and the resources available in this sector in Afghanistan, and investment in this sector leads to the strengthening of the higher education sector and turns the existing problems and challenges in this sector into opportunities.
