Reprimanding the guilty people and warning them to stop their ugly deeds is one of the usual methods in the Holy Quran. In the Holy Quran, Allah, the Exalted, for some people who have committed sins and crimes, in addition to warning and promising hell and the painful torment has brought the word "wail" to them, so I intend to write a scientific research article under the title " The Conceptual Analysis Of The Word "Wail" In The Holy Quran With Emphasis On Its Educational Messages". The importance of researching this subject stems, on one hand, from the fact that it is a Qur'anic study, which holds high virtue and value. On the other hand, the word "Wail" has been interpreted in multiple ways by exegetes, requiring further investigation to clarify its meaning and extract its educational messages. We see that Allah Almighty has used the word "Wail" for those who commit sins such as: distorting divine rulings, hardness of heart, disbelief, polytheism, oppression, denial and false accusations against the truth, slandering, cheating others of their rights, fault-finding, mockery, and negligence in prayer. Truly, those who commit such offenses are deserving of such stern warnings. Among the most important educational messages derived from these crimes is that authorities and educators may use firm and intense warnings to alert people to the gravity of these sins. Furthermore, abandoning the rights of Allah and violating the rights of others leads to psychological disorder, depression, and ultimately deprives a person of inner peace. This shows that Islam is a complete religion that calls to goodness and forbids evil both of which are essential. The methodology of this article is library-based and analytical. And since the subject is Qur’anic, the thematic interpretation method is also applied. Generally, the word "Wail" appears in three forms: from Allah to sinners, from a person to himself, and from one person to another. The main goal of this research is, first, to collect the verses in which "Wail" is mentioned; second, to present the opinions of the scholars on its interpretation; and finally, to analyze the sins for which "Wail" is used, along with the educational messages derived from them.
